Dwyer Architectural provided architectural/design services for the interior fit-out of an Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center, Retail Pharmacy, and Radiology Suite within a 3-story medical office building.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center includes four operating rooms, with the ability to expand to 6 in the future, featuring semi-enclosed pre- and post-operative bays, and an on-site sterile processing department. While the Radiology Suite features two
X-Ray rooms, a nuclear medicine component with imaging rooms, as well as ultrasound and procedure rooms. Each suite was designed with patient comfort and staff efficiency in mind.
