The existing fitness facility was relocated to their new state of the art home, which was converted from an existing bar and restaurant prominently located in College Town, Rochester, NY.
The new facility boasts a large fitness floor with brand new equipment, shower/toilet rooms, multi-purpose room, offices, reception, shared locker accommodations and an exterior covered patio for small group exercise. The design team paid special attention to acoustics, thermal comfort, equipment, security, material durability and member preferences during the design process which contributed to the success of this project.
