New Residence Hall

Dwyer was engaged to develop the Bridging Documents for a conceptual design for a new 79,000 gsf, 250-bed Residence Hall for SUNY Brockport. The Bridging Documents were used for bidding to several Design-Build teams.

Dwyer worked closely with Residential Life and facilities staff to create standards for all future residence hall projects on the Brockport campus, which included only products and finishes that had a proven track record for durability and aesthetic quality.

Dwyer was hired to continue with the project to oversee the implementation of the Bridging Documents with the design-build team and to represent the interests of the Campus through the CA process.
